Training Wheels Privacy Policy

Training Wheels collects nothing

Most privacy policies are long because there is a lot to admit to. This one is short.

Everything stays on your device
Routines, photos, points and progress are saved in the app's own storage on your phone or iPad. They are not uploaded anywhere, because there is nowhere for them to go — Training Wheels has no server.

No account, ever
You never sign in. We never learn your name, your email address or your child's name — the name you type is stored on the device and used only to write it on their screen.

Photos you take stay yours
Pictures of your child's own toothbrush, backpack or shoes are saved inside the app and used only as step pictures. They are never uploaded, never analysed, and are deleted along with the app.

No analytics, no advertising
There is no tracking, no advertising and no third-party software of any kind in this app. Nobody is measuring how your family uses it — not even us.

Purchases go through Apple
If you unlock the full app, Apple handles the payment. We never see your card details, and Apple only tells the app whether the unlock is active.

Deleting the app deletes the data
Because nothing leaves the device, removing Training Wheels removes every routine, photo and record with it. There is no copy of it anywhere else, and nothing for you to ask us to erase.

Children's privacy
Training Wheels is built for young children and handles their information the way it should be handled: by not collecting it. No personal information is gathered from anyone, of any age, and nothing is ever transmitted off the device. There is no messaging, no social feature and no way for anyone outside your household to reach a child using the app.
