My Day is a visual schedule app focused on accessibility, independence, and simplicity. We respect your privacy and minimize the data we handle.

• Personal Data: We do not collect names, addresses, or other personal details.
• App Content: Schedules and tasks you create are stored locally on your device.
• Diagnostics (optional): Apple may provide anonymous crash logs and performance data. These do not contain personal information.

• To maintain app functionality and improve performance.
• To respond if you contact us at contact.mydayapp@gmail.com.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
• Aggregated, anonymous diagnostics may be used to improve the app.

My Day can be used by or for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents and caregivers are responsible for controlling what information is shared when they contact us.

• Your schedules are stored locally on your device.
• If you email us, your message is stored securely in our support inbox.

If you contact us from outside the U.S., your email may be processed in the United States.

If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of My Day after changes means you accept the revised policy.
