Rise & Ride Support

Rise & Ride keeps your whole theme park trip in one place, and works with no signal and no account.

Need help?
Email contact.mydayapp@gmail.com and I'll get back to you. It helps to include your iPhone model and iOS version.

Common questions

Where is my data?
On your phone, and only on your phone. There's no account and no cloud, which is why the app works with no signal — and why your trip won't appear on a second device automatically.

How do I move a trip to another phone?
Go to Trip setup and choose Share trip file. Send that file to yourself or to whoever you're travelling with, and open it in Rise & Ride on the other phone.

How do I print my plan?
Trip setup → Share as PDF. It's laid out to read well in black and white.

Why are the wait times out of date?
Wait times come from Queue-Times.com when you pull down to refresh. If the connection fails, the app shows the last set it saved, with the time they came from, rather than showing nothing.

Why can't I add a fourth park day?
The free version covers one trip with up to three park days. Rise & Ride Pro is a one-time $7.99 and removes both limits. Everything else — plan items, dining, budget, packing, reminders, wait times, sharing — is unlimited in the free version.

I bought Pro — how do I get it back on a new phone or after reinstalling?
Open Rise & Ride, tap Upgrade, then Restore Purchases. Pro is tied to your Apple ID, so there's nothing to buy twice.

Does Rise & Ride book dining reservations?
No. It reminds you when to check for openings and gives you the details ready to paste into the official site. It never contacts the park's systems.

How do I delete everything?
Settings → Delete all data. That removes every trip and setting from your phone. If you've bought Pro, you can restore it afterwards with Restore Purchases.

Rise & Ride is an independent planning tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company.
